“Famous Five” again today
Jan was feeling poorly and took a day off
Valencia has increased to 30 the maximum allowed to walk together
However we would not want more than our previous 12-16 on each walk
And at present we would expect about 8-10
Good news, because everyone who wants to can walk each week
When things return to normal we will try to recruit some
new members
But at present we don’t really want anyone we don’t know
joining the walks
We were very lucky again with the weather today
The temperature rose steeply during the walk
But with a light wind it was lovely walking weather
We usually include The Cross during this walk
But as it was a Monday walk we wanted to keep the time
down to 4 hours
I was quite pleased that it was exactly four hours when we returned to the car park
But I must confess that was more luck than judgement
