Lovely weather today, more like April than February
Nice to see so many in shorts and shirt sleeves
I think they were all taking the view, not Jan and me
This one was definitely all about Anneke and Toon
Always good to have Dave and Sue walking with us
And he always takes such good photographs too
We were surprised to see so much almond blossom
Bernia looked particularly attractive in the
bright sunshine
I was a little concerned that the gorge might be flooded
But, unlike Murla at the weekend, it was as dry as usual
Last time we were here it was overcast and very cold
What a difference today
It has become increasingly overgrown
And the track is difficult to follow in places
But it is still well worth making the effort
Most of the group have not walked this area before, and
were rightly impressed
Everyone used the shade for our picnic in Pinos
And were grateful for the tree cover on the way back to
Lleus
Jose and Berend invited us back to their lovely house for
a drink after the walk
But we were not expecting such a feast, including a
birthday cake for David
